A+ How to change the refresh rate on your monitor in Windows Vista
1. Right-click a blank portion of the Desktop.
2. Click Personalize.
3. Click the Display Setting link.
4. Click the Advanced Setting button.
5. Click the Monitor tab.
6.Select the desired screen refresh rate from the drop-down menu.
